Cynthia “Cindy” Pease has lived many lives — retail executive, arts advocate, producer, grant writer, and community organizer. For decades she has worked behind the scenes helping artists and arts organizations take root in Burbank. While many performers and creators take the spotlight, Pease has built the structure that allows creative work to happen.
Mina Ho Ferrante was born into a family with a deep tradition in painting. Her great-grandfather was a royal court painter of the Nguyen dynasty, renowned for portraiture, and her grandmother was the first female painter from Hue. Several of her uncles and her aunt were also artists.
After emigrating to the United States in 1990, Mina earned her BFA from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and later worked at Disney Animation Studios as a background designer on films including Atlantis, Treasure Planet, Tarzan 2, and Lilo & Stitch 2.
Now living in the Burbank Rancho, she continues to create art, teach painting, write, and engage in community work. Her award-winning works have been exhibited at institutions such as the Haggin Museum, Triton Museum, Brand Library & Art Center, Muzeo Museum, Da Nang Museum of Fine Arts, Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts, and Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum.
Mina recently completed an MFA in Art History and is currently studying Art Therapy. In 2016, she published the bilingual children’s book Prince of the Sea, which she authored and illustrated. Her newest work, Roses from Crimson Rock, an illustrated memoir of war, escape, and healing, is available on Kindle/Amazon https://a.co/d/a2502xq.

Mina Ho Ferrante
Dina Belenko is a still life photographer whose work explores the emotional and symbolic weight of ordinary objects: how mundane things — broken porcelain, scattered leaves, found keepsakes — can hold complex emotions and reflect human experience.
Born in a small town in the Russian Far East, she discovered photography through a simple film camera gifted by her parents. What began as casual snapshots soon evolved into a deeper exploration of visual storytelling. She earned a Master’s degree in Publishing and Editing from the Far Eastern University of Humanities, a background that shaped her approach to composition and narrative photography.
Initially, her work leaned toward playful, whimsical still life: fairy tales told through levitating coffee cups and playful arrangements.
Belenko’s photography has been exhibited across Russia, the United States, and Europe. She has authored multiple books on creative still life photography, including Composition as Visual Storytelling (2024).
She currently lives and works in Burbank, Ca, navigating a new creative landscape while continuing to explore the unseen stories hidden in everyday objects.
